TAKE A BITE OUT OF LONG ISLAND'S

BOUNTIFUL NORTH FORK APPELLATION

Heading directly east 80 miles from the hustle and bustle of midtown Manhattan lies the region known as the North Fork.

The tip of Long Island has two personalities, the swanky hip southern fork with the Hamptons and the mellow agricultural region known as the North Fork. Small towns are strung together like beads along Highway 25 separated by vineyards and farm stands.  Get acquainted with the wine region of Long Island with 5 Senses Culinary Tours as your guide.

Although grapes have been planted here since the 1960’s, it is of late that there is an influx of vintners investing in this region. The climate suites a wide range of varietals resulting in award winning wines.
