TERMS & CONDITIONS
The price is based on double occupancy. A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm all services. The final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, the full payment of the entire tour must be paid at the time of booking. We accept check, Visa and Mastercard.
All cancellations, regardless of reason, must be done in writing. The following fees will apply in the event of cancellation.
From the initial deposit to 75 days prior 300.00 per person
From 74 days to 45 days prior 500.00 per person
From 44 days or less prior to departure 100% cost of the trip.
Penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional, if imposed.
We strongly recommend and encourage guests to obtain a form of trip cancellation insurance for medical coverage as many plans do not cover participants outside the US. We offer Travel Guard, a comprehensive policy at competitive rates.
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up prior to final payment. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
Price does not include: Airfare, Excess Baggage, Visas, Spa treatments, Alcoholic beverages, and meals not specifically noted on itinerary. Personal spending money, telecommunications or Room Service.
